Overview
The Temple City of Kakudo, is home to the Jekkarene Empire, ruled by Empress Ihara the immortal Sorceress. It is a city built atop of an ancient marsh, supported by massive stone pylons with various bridges connecting the districts. Empress Ihara’s palace resides on a small hill overlooking the entire city from the northern end.

Locations
Kakudo is composed of several districts, each with their own unique look and feel, as most of them were developed at different times and different needs.
- Empire District – The northern-most district where the Empress’s Palace is located.
- Wall District – The southern-most district that keeps foreigners and creatures out of the interior of the city.
- Kuyen District – The center and heart of the city where various canals meet to allow for easy trade and marketplace activities.
- Canal District – The western-most district where several natural and many man-made canals snake their way through the city.
- Saipan District – The eastern-most district that borders the massive Saipan marsh east of the city. No walls were constructed here, as the marsh serves as a natural barrier to entry.
